Please read the terms and conditions for ordering tickets through our company. You will be required to agree to these policies prior to placing your order online or by phone. If you have any questions or do not understand, please call our office.
4thwalltickets.com is a subsidary of nohmek, an Austin, Texas technology company. nohmek provides business, technology, and financial backing to the 4thwalltickets project including processing credit cards.
4thwalltickets.com is a company engaged in the business of providing technology infrastructure for independent theatre companies, event producers, conference organizers, classroom schedulers, etc. It provides tools for these organizations to manage their show offices online and also provides a gateway for selling tickets at a minimal service charge for all local and national events. ALL PRICES CHARGED BY 4THWALLTICKETS.COM ARE SET BY THE 3RD PARTY EVENT PRODCUERS. 4THWALLTICKETS ATTACHES A SMALL SERVICE CHARGE PER TICKET SOLD ON ORDERS TO REFLECT OUR COST OF MAINTAINING SECURE SERVERS, DEVELOPING TOOLS, CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES, AND PROVIDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
This agreement does not replace a credit card charge draft and the e-confirmation will serve as your original copy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES. 4thwalltickets.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and rescheduled events or time changes. 4thwalltickets.com is not responsible for seating changes made by venue or unusual stage setups that may hamper view.
All Ticket Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to deliver tickets at any time prior to the box office closure on the day of the event. 4thwalltickets issues e-confirmations instead of paper tickets to the email address provided during checkout. 4thwalltickets.com is not responsible if an invalid or non-functioning email address is provided and an e-confirmation cannot be delivered.
All Texas Events are potentially subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
Please note: In the event a chargeback has been made, a fee of 50 dollars will be charged to the credit card pending the outcome of the dispute. If the credit card company sides with the cardholder, the fee of 50 dollars will be fully reimbursed. If we win the dispute, the fee will be withheld as a result of any efforts used to address the issue.
Customer Refund Policies On Cancelled Events
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES. Event producers will be responsible for providing and communicating alternate dates or arrangements for cancelled events. SERVICE FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE EVEN IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED.
